Meet the Massage Therapists

  • Ashley Pickering

What motivates Ashley Pickering most about massage therapy is the ability and honor of participating in a client’s journey towards health and wellness. Everyone has a unique journey. Individuals may develop physical, mental, and emotional compensation patterns that store themselves within the body on such a cellular level the body needs to be manipulated and encouraged to be released. Ashley truly believes individuals have the ability to live happy and healthy lives but sometimes we all need a little motivation and encouragement.

Ashley’s journey with massage therapy began at Lakewood School of Therapeutic Massage. Upon graduating from the program in December 2014, she quickly received her license in massage therapy in January 2015.  While at Lakewood, Ashley became interested with aromatherapy, craniosacral therapy, carpal tunnel syndrome, myofascial release, hot stone massage and polarity therapy. She is also familiar with lymphatic drainage and prenatal massage. Ashley has returned to Lakewood as a graduate student to help future students with their journeys as well as to become more knowledgeable of reflexology and sports massage.

Motivation and encouragement comes from Ashley’s friends and family especially from her son and daughter. If not spending time with friends and family, she can be found playing on various softball and volleyball leagues and tournaments or participating in other community events. “My goal, rather passion, is to always keep learning and providing unique client centered approaches for relief and wellness through a professional, therapeutic touch. After all, ‘Your profession is not what brings home your paycheck. Your profession is what you were put on Earth to do with such passion and such intensity that it becomes spiritual in calling’ – Vincent Van Gogh.'

  • Tracy Easton

We are so happy to have joining our team a wonderful massage therapist named Tracy Easton.

Tracy graduated from Lakewood Therapeutic Massage School in Port Huron and is license in the State of Michigan.  While at Lakewood, Tracy also studied aromatherapy, carpel tunnel syndrome, hot stone massage and reflexology.

In her off time, Tracy likes to spend time with her daughter (and best friend) Madison, along with family and her friends. She loves to paint with her sisters and enjoys gardening.

Tracy has a passion for helping our patients find pain relief and relaxation through therapeutic massage.

Quoting one of Tracy's favorite authors, C.S. Lewis, 'You're never too old to set another goal or dream a new dream.'

  • Bridget Fleming, LMT

Bridget Fleming, LMT has joined PCW to add more availability and depth to our Massage Therapy schedule. She will be picking up Tuesdays, every other Wednesday and she will alternate Saturdays with Tracy & Ashley.

    A little bit about Bridget:

Massage therapy is both a science and an art, guided by knowledge and intuition.

Bridget is a graduate of Lakewood School of Therapeutic Massage where she learned multiple modalities including sports massage, hot stone, cranio sacral, myofascial release, polarity therapy, and prenatal (which she particularly enjoys)

Bridget believes every person and every situation is unique, so there cannot be a “one-size-fits-all” approach to massage therapy. She is passionate about helping others on their journey to wellness through natural pain reduction methods, and relaxation techniques.

Bridget spends her free time enjoying the company of her family, motorcycle riding, painting, reading, walking and yoga.

Bridget believes there is always something new that the world and every one in it can teach you, and that there is always room for personal growth.
